Shafak Tour is a well-known and experienced travel agency (DMC ) established in Kuwait in 2014.
The head office is located in Kuwait and it has two other branches in Turkey and Oman. We’re mainly specialized in tours to Turkey but we’re always expanding and enhancing our wide range of offers to serve you worldwide.
Our Vision
- Working on developing all the aspects related to tourism in Kuwait and the whole Arab Gulf through the modern and most advanced ways under direct Kuwaiti management and supervision.
- Choosing and selecting the best destinations and tourist attractions attentively depending on our experience and good knowledge of the nature of the Kuwaiti tourist in particular and all the citizens of Arab Gulf in general so that we can provide many different options and offers to suit every customer and their own requirements.
- Training all our employees using the latest and best methods to be able to deal with our customers and to satisfy their needs and desires concerning their vacations.
- Transparency between the employees and customers is our main concern , as we intend to clarify everything related to the flight, prices or housing from the very beginning which helps our customers to choose the appropriate option and to avoid any disturbance or complications on arrival.
- Caring and paying attention to all our customers as we consider every one of them a member of Shafak Tour big family. So sometimes we have to advise them on what’s better for them in terms of prices or the best destinations.

Who We Are
Nawaf Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Duwaisan is the CEO of Shafak Tour and its main founder.
Personal experience:
• Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Fayhaa Association for a period of 6 years.
• Chairman of Al-Fayhaa Association for a period of 3 years.
• Chairman of Shafak Tour since its establishment until now.
Work experience:
• An employee in the financial section of the Awareness and Guidance Administration in the Ministry of Social Affairs.
• The head of financial support in the Ministry of Social Affairs.
• The head of the payroll department in the Financial Department of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
• The Head of the Costs and Contracts Section of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
• The budget controller in the financial management now.
Mr. Mahmoud Adel Mostafa is The Regional Sales Manager of Shafak Tour and one of its first employees since it was first established in 2014.
Work experience:
An old hand salesman who has a wide experience in the field of tourism and all the aspects related to it for about 12 years.
Has worked with most of the well-known luxurious five stars hotels worldwide and has been an expert in making sales, growing business and retaining existing customers.

Garah Abdul-Rahman Saleh Al-Jeeran
Education:
Bachelor's degree in College of Sharee'a- Kuwait University
He holds a master's degree in law and Sharee'a, Gulf University - Bahrain
